We noticed a small but painful problem that the waiting staff of the restaurant were having to deal with. Collecting cash tips was nearly always awkward and time consuming.

WHY DID WE CREATE THE OGALV SERVER BOOK?

Yet, people still choose to start and keep working in the industry. This deserves some appreciation! In order to show our appreciation to servers and the hospitality industry in general, we created the Ogalv Server Book. Besides this, we hope to make the life of servers a little easier and more convenient.
